Super comfy with my whole family (3) all the instructions worked perfectly. The facilities in the appartement was good enough for a longer stay.

It had everything. The kitchen was perfect, there was the stove, kitchen, pans and pots, mugs, dishes and bowls. We saved up a lot by just cooking here so I rly recommend it to anyone who wants to save up on meals in Antwerp. It was right next to the central station and also the flibco and flixbus station - like 5 mins away. They also had free tea, coffee and milk. We could have taken more anytime from the lobby. It felt cozy and clean. Very quiet too, there was no sound coming from the outside or other rooms. Easy check in and checkout - they just gave us a code so no need to talk to staff or have a key.
2 buildings were connected together so it was pretty confusing at first to find our room. Having to put in the code everytime we used the elevator was also annoying sometimes.

Reasonably well priced for central location in Antwerp
Tables in living space were dirty on arrival. We’d asked for sofa bed to be made up. It wasn’t ready on arrival and later a chambermaid came in (let herself in, without knocking) as we were getting ready to go out. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Corridors between apartments could be doing with modernisation.
