Everything...the beds were very comfortable, the 3 balconies were nice, the spacious apartment, the bathroom was great, the host was very good, and like I said everything was great!
If only the apartment was located closer to where our friends were staying it would have made it perfect...but that is no fault of the apartment...Thanks for hosting us!

Not clean kitchen and bathroom! The kitchen sink had an awfull smell.

Great apartment, great location. Opposite a farm and kids can play safely outside. Washing machine, dryer, Staff very friendly. Lots of games for kids.
The folding 2 sofa beds upstairs are not actually sofa beds and are suitable for small kids only.

The apartman is in a neighborhood which is peaceful and great for family vacation especially with small kids, only 15 minutes from the ski center and 5 minutes from the main city centre. It is a spacious venue which has everything you need. it is like everything that is written on the booking website.
The only thing that should be fixed is the navigation link that is on booking. If you book your stay here, just type hemel resort or zova ranch in order the navigation to take you on the right direction.
