Die zentrale Lage
Schlechte Hygiene, Renovierungsbedürftig, schlechter Geruch, Möbel abgewohnt, Badezimmer in schlechtem Zustand. Die extra verrechnete Endreinigung dürfte vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht durchgeführt worden sein.
