This villa is located in a nice area of Fregenea. Beautiful garden, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to local transportation. Its a great choice for those needing to stay close to Fiumicino airport. Sea and beaches are 10 minutes walk. Vanessa and her mother are incredible, they provided all the information we needed to get around

Villetta molto carina immersa nel verde in posizione relativamente centrale a fregene.
Camera molto calda, servirebbe aria condizionata anziche ventola a soffitto, specie quando ci batte il sole. Dover citofonare per farsi aprire senza disponibilita di chiavi rende il tutto un po sgradevole. Il fatto che la villa sia abitata dai proprietari e che i bagni siano in comune ti fa sentire come “appoggiato” in casa d altri.

Camiera spaziosa e luminosissima, proprietarie cordiali e disponibili. La villetta è circondata da un bel giardino, in posizione tranquilla ma non isolata.

Vanessa and her mother Maria, were exceptional hosts and helped us a lot.
Had to go out of room to get to bathroom, which had no window and the shower tap needed to be fixed.
