Arriving after dark the property is quite difficult to locate. A neighbour took me there. After parking in a slightly awkward spot the approach is not easy, the 'path' along the green fence is bits of old walls from a demolition which I was too afraid to step on for fear of falling. I clung to the green fence and felt my way along in the dark for perhaps 15 metres until a sensor light came on. Better lighting please and fix the 'path'.
An explanation sheet about the sofa bed and little essentials in the kitchen to at least make a hot drink. More effective heating also would be nice.

The terrace with the massive seating.
We had no hot water. The sofa bed was extremely noisy, so not much sleep.
