The food is excellent, buffet style for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice at dinner with wine. All the staff are very friendly and most speak some English. Free car parking next to premises. Room warm with mountain view. Storage room for skis with separate door to go out to buses. Location is excellent for catching the free bus service, in both directions (stop is Le Cret). Functional establishment, which is fine for us as skiing is the main reason to be in Val d'Isere.
No soap with sink, only shower gel in shower. Room was the same one that we had last year, so same points as noted last time apply. Room was dirty e.g. under the beds and around the shower. Room was small. Beds were firm. No boot warming/drying facilities. Long wait to check-in at 5pm, the earliest that you can, so best to arrive a bit later as no queue at 6pm. Last year we were able to leave car in car park after checking out to ski part of the last day, this year they said no with no suitable explanation, this was one of the reasons for us returning to the same place. Dinner start time had changed to later (7.15pm) compared with last year, we would have preferred 6.30 or 6.45, especially as the new start time clashes with the torchlight descent and fireworks on a Tuesday. One small lift.

The property location is fantastic. Whilst not ski in. The bus stop is 20 metres from the ski storage and one stop gets you to la Daille furnival and three stops the other way is the main lifts in val disere village. Facilities were good for ski storage, parking was easy and the room quite spacious compared to other accommodation we have stayed in previously.
The only thing to mention really was the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept on but that really is the only improvement I could suggest for the price point of the accommodation.
