Owner is absolutely amazing. Beach is very close 50m. Rooms are cozy and clean with A/C, every room has sea view. Very nice back and front garden with grill and area for kids to enjoy and play. This place is real gem in area! Parking spots are shaded and cars are not super hot, you can see that this people really like this place and very well take care of it.

Everything was nice and quiet. The beach is nearby and you don't have to take the car to go there. You feel like you're home.
The beach next to the property has a lot of sharp plebes, but 50 meters from there you have a nice beach bar with a better beach, so not a problem at all.
