Zentrale Lage in einem schönen lebhaften Ort, Blick aufs Meer. Freundliche Bedienung im Frühstücksrestaurant. Frühstück sehr gut - für italienische Verhältnisse. Gute aktive Kommunikation des Vermieters - man fühlte sich wahrgenommen, aber nur digitaler Kontakt. Mit Blick auf die Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern in dem Zeitraum in dieser Region für ein kleineres Budget, war die Wahl in Ordnung. Die Suite ist aber nicht "Luxury" sondern "schlicht und einfach" nach italienischen Standards in einem älteren Haus. Alles sauber. Wer damit zurechtkommt wird einen akzeptablen Stützpunkt für Ausflüge in diese atemberaubende Gegend haben. Wer den Service eines Hotels oder die Familiarität einer Pension braucht - nicht hier buchen, sondern mit tiefem Griff ins Portemonnaie frühzeitig(!) woanders disponieren.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster abends und morgens manchmal laut wegen Straße, besonderes Geräuscherlebnis war die Straßenkehrmaschine um 3 Uhr nachts - aber akzeptabel bei geschlossenem Fenster und Lüftung durch Klimaanlage. Zimmer etwas klein. Kein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Sehr wenig Platz für die Unterbringung von Kleidung von zwei Personen - "Leben aus dem Koffer" unvermeidbar. Bad zwar groß, Dusche aber mini. Einmal fiel das Warmwasser aus, war erfrischend. W-LAN an der unteren Leistungsgrenze. Es wurde nicht täglich gereinigt und Wäsche wurde nicht getauscht. Alles selber machen. Eine Gästeinformation auf dem Zimmer, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Frühstück nicht im Haus. Keine ständig verfügbaren Parkplätze, man kann aber - sehr teuer(!) - in Parkhäusern in der Stadt abstellen. Während der Woche waren aber auch meist freie städtische Plätze gegen normale Gebühr (easy-park funktioniert) direkt vor dem Haus zu finden.

Very noisy. could hear toilet flushing, people talking in near by rooms and door openings/closings which really affects sleep

Very smart comfortable room, lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean. Nice seaview from the balcony, and breakfast at a local restaurant very good indeed. A short walk from the station and town centre so very handy.
