A lovely place to chill out. Went for 3 nights with the family and stayed in the stable block. Lovely room and everything you needed. Staff were lovely.

Location to beach which is a five minute walk, the cleanliness of the rooms and lovely hot water with powerful shower.
Breakfast was very varied and plentiful.
"Hayloft" was the apartment we stayed in.
The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows, and the blankets had a strong dog smell, which meant we couldn’t use them to try and get more comfortable. We did bring our own dog, but she never sleeps on the bed when we’re away from home, so this wasn’t caused by us.
The TV was located upstairs in the bedroom, but with no proper seating it wasn’t comfortable to sit and watch. Downstairs, the toilet and shower were fine, but I expected at least a small sink and a basic cooking area. Instead, there was only a small fridge. There were no plates, cutlery, or a proper table, so eating comfortably wasn’t really possible even having a takeaway.
The two chairs downstairs were a rocker‑style design, and although they looked nice, they became uncomfortable after a short time. I also paid extra for our dog to stay, but I couldn’t let her off the lead because there were too many obstacles around the parking area and the general layout. The stairs were also very steep, and she struggled going up and down them.
Even the host acknowledged that the Booking.com listing is “a bit confusing” in terms of what you actually get, and the photos don’t make it very clear. After a full day out, you want somewhere cozy and comfortable to relax, but unfortunately this accommodation really missed the mark.
