The responsiveness of the host.

The washing machine was out of order but they directed me to a nearby location to do laundry.

The accommodation offers good value for money on a ground floor. The location, close to railway stations, providing frequent, short connections, to the city centre and the Glasgow Subway system is ideal for exploring the city of Glasgow without the need of a car. The hosts provided a spotlessly clean house. The complimentary breakfast cereals, milk, bottled water and a couple of chocolate bars was a lovely touch. The house is situated close to supermarkets and shops. Glasgow, West-End is just 15 minutes away. It's useful to have a parking space, although free parking is available close by.

The traffic noise, during the peak commuting hours on Crow Road, outside the house may be inconvenient for some residents. There is a sofa bed...although I can not envisage how it is practical, in this property, to have guests sleeping in the lounge area whilst the main bedroom is occupied as the bathroom / shower is accessed via the lounge from the main bedroom.

It was a very cozy place. I felt like I went back to 90’s. It has a character. Even toilet papers had dog shape on it. 😊And the linens in the bed were smelling like my mother washed it. (It is very difficult in UK to find such clean linens so this was really good) There is a lot of quick food in the kitchen. And the oven is from Türkiye 😄💜

Just took a bit time to figure out the heating system. That thing in the kitchen isn’t a clock or thermometer. 😅

Very well equipped property, with many, many thoughtful extras!

The stove and microwave needed a bit of attention.
