1.Fastest speed Internet I've ever seen. 2. So clean and secure. 3. Nice neighborhood near Police station it made me feel safe. 4. Close t0 Walmart.

Excellent high speed wi fi, was perfect to work from with large wood desk with comfortable chair. Also nice size t.v and comfy seating in open living room and kitchen. Great value for 2 bedrooms, comfy beds.
Highly recommend a car, eventhough it's in a nice area in hills of Santa Fe, not ideal location if u like walking around. But no problem access to uber.
