The condo has a good layout, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It also has a Nintendo Wii fit and a wood fire place. The king bed is nice and comfy in the master bedroom. The condo is just steps away from Tahoe Donner Downhill ski lifts, which really makes it convenient to stop back at the condo for a nice lunch before heading back up on the slopes.
The facilities are maybe 20-25 years old, and require some updating. There are clothes, from what I presume belonging to the owners, hanging in the closet. It is a pet friendly condo so there is a slight pet odor.

located right next to the ski lift - which would be useful in the winter ( not so much in the spring), kitchen is well equipped.
there were multiple warnings about parking and the necessity of a parking pass, but vacasa refused to address the issue until our last night. condo if comfortable, but very dark with no bike storage.
