I would not recommend staying here long term. The staff consistently carried an attitude, and the manager in particular seemed more focused on finding reasons to push us out than on providing hospitality.
When my dog accidentally ripped the mattress cover (the mattress itself was fine), the manager treated it as if we had destroyed the hotel, even yelling at us at the front desk. Despite having all the proper paperwork for my service animals, he charged us a pet fee and later denied doing so.
On top of that, he would raise the rate if we didn’t book directly through him instead of the app. The entire experience felt hostile and unfair, and it made what should have been a temporary home extremely stressful.
If you’re looking for a place to stay long term, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
