Location and accessibility. Arrival and departure is so easy.
Shower head was scaled up and had to pick the scale out of the holes to get a decent shower. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a huge issue. Much much more to like than not

The table a chairs could have been given more space and the sofa area less.

Parking underground.
Very clean apart from outside windows. Everything needed in the kitchen.
Lots of hot water.
Heating very responsive.
Bed comfortable.
Very noisy from traffic outside. Could do with triple glazing. Shower room very small. Shower entrance is very small because sink unit covers half of it. Toilet is very close to the wall.
Chairs in lounge area are not comfortable.
Extremely tight entrance to carpark. Was a struggle with 4x4.
Walls around the bed need painting, very marked. Extra pillows would be great.
