Apartament mare, spatios, cu bucatarie utilata , baie, situat central langa Dom.
In apropiere, parcare, restaurante, cofetarii, obiective turistice. Totul a fost perfect. Se plateste o cautiune care este returnata la plecare.

A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló.
A kulcsfelvétel a szomszéd hotelben van, ami nagyon praktikus.
Tágas a lakás, 3an bőven elfértünk.
A konyhában a takarítás nem volt az igazi.
A hűtőben megfagytak a zöldségek...
Néhány praktikus kiegészítő/kisbútor jó lenne a konyhába és a fürdőbe (edény csepegtető, kilépő törülköző és kéztörlő a fürdőbe, éjjeli lámpa az ágyhoz stb .)

The location is excellent, right in the city center on Oskola Street, which makes it very convenient. The apartment itself is basically nice and would be spacious and pleasant, even though it is converted from an older residential building.
Unfortunately, the heating situation was a serious issue for us. The bedroom had no heating at all, and several areas (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) were also unheated. Heating relied mainly on air conditioners in the living room and in one other room, plus a single old gas convector; however, this setup is clearly insufficient in winter conditions (around –2 °C), especially for heating the more distant parts of the apartment.
The gas convector and its installation did not feel reassuring from a safety perspective, and the presence of carbon monoxide detector made it difficult to feel comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the kitchen was very cold; although there was a heating unit installed, no remote control was provided, so it could not be used properly. The kettle in the kitchen was also extremely limescaled and dirty, which further reduced the overall comfort. Overall, the heating system is outdated, uncomfortable in cold weather, and raises safety and maintenance concerns.
