We collected our room key from the Reception of Anglesea Motel in Liverpool St., check in was quick and there’s ample parking available. The room was clean, kitchen was spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Wi-fi is outstanding. Just two things; 1. Our room was the closest to the street so we were woken up by noises (screaming people, doors slamming downstairs) in the middle of the night. And the bathroom floor was wet and slippery after a shower, even when we’ve already put the bath mat by the shower door. It is a hazard as you can’t easily see how wet it is due to the dark colored tiles. They might need to supply bigger and better absorbing mats to keep the floor dry.

The size is amazing. Got a good deal for the night and the check in is somewhere else but no drama and it makes check out way easier. Bond given back asap, no complaints from me. Would stay again

First of all, the check-in place (to collect room key) is 3 minutes drive away from this Zeta Motel, no notice given until we reach the entrance of Zeta Motel and saw a notice on the side wall, then we drove to check in , collect key and drove back to Zeta Motel, very much inconvenience caused and should have informed guests upon booking confirmation.
Secondly, once I opened the room door and removed my shoes on the tiles area, and was walking on the carpet to put my stuff down, there was a piece of shattered glass in the carpet and cut my toe and bleed! Immediately called the reception with room phone for wound treatment, however there was no first aid kits in the premises, and no action taken by the motel at all, just apologising.
My partner had to rush to the PaknSave opposite to get me plasters!
Very Irresponsible for their hygiene issue as I called them and also engaged with Agoda agent to get things solved but they all acting dumb and said the premises did not receive any complaint throughout my stay. This is way too horrendous and totally unacceptable.
