Paul & Zi and team were incredibly helpful and really made me feel at home! As a Single lady traveller I felt very safe! And right opposite thr Stellenbosch golf course that I was visiting

The interior was nice.
Lack of response to severe bug issue at facility. Lack of information regarding use of the pool. Kids were chased away from another area within the facility that had a pool; they had no idea there was another common pool across from our room. It was hidden by tall trees. A more polite approach would have been to direct my sons, 18 and 20, to the reception area or to tell them about the common pool. Incredibly arrogant and rude. Overall, the bug issue is severe; they were everywhere, including on the towel when I got out of the shower. I had mosquito bites on my legs, arms, face, and neck. As we were leaving, one of the managers apologized for the bug issue, blamed it on his staff. I would not stay here again.
