The suite is bright, clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the areas i needed to get to.
The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. I didn't feel unsafe but definitely felt the need to be aware of my surroundings

We can’t ask for more. It was very very nice and perfect for three of us to stay. The kitchen helped us to have a choices of cooking, also having the washer and dryer helped us bring less clothes for travelling. The location is very close grocery store, restaurants, Costco and station and many more.

Once gained entry to the building everything was effortless.
The entry instructions given said the keypad entry might take a couple of entries, it took quite a few minutes and required help from the security guard onsight. Not a comforting experience after a 13 hour flight and walk through an un expected homeless/addicted area. Once gained entry to the building everything was effortless.
