The place is in an excellent location: everything can be easily reached on foot. It was super clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful. Kitchen facilities were really good - we cooked one meal in and it was a cinch.
Maybe the parking (although Udine has its intrinsic problems). The extra sofa bed might have been more comfortable.

Everything. It's bang right in the centre, super clean and you can tell there is an eye for details in everything inside. I would very easily give it a 10 star if possible
Also there is actually a receptionist which makes it more welcoming
