1/1 condo. Sleeps 4. Master: King. Hallway: Twin bunk (top only) Also a Twin rollaway cot. 1 small dog, $25 per day. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
This cozy condo located at the Riverside Condos is on the Guadalupe River and only moments from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River and Schlitterbahn!! This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo can accommodate 4 guests and has all the comforts of home including smart TV and free internet! The master bedroom has a King bed, and direct access to the bathroom. There is a twin bunk bed (top only) located in the hallway as well as a twin size rollaway cot. The wonderful kitchen has basic cookware and comes with two rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, and a sponge. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has a tub, shower combo and comes stocked with hotel sized amenities. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This complex has a pool, community charcoal grills and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe river. This condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool to the rivers edge. This condo is on the ground floor.
Just a short drive to the Comal River! Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1 1/2 away!! Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Close to downtown New Braunfels, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. Pet friendly unit. One dog under 35lbs $25.00 per day. Breed specific. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

This is a really cute condo in a great location. The private river access and pool were just what we were looking for. The neighbors are quiet, the AC worked like a dream, the condo was clean, and the amenities were great. The only issue we had was the bed. The bed in #4B is incredibly uncomfortable and very loud and there were no curtains in the bedroom to block out the sun in the morning. Curtains and a better bed would make this unit absolute perfection. Checking in and out was super easy, I love that I never had to talk to anyone and had all of the information I needed at my fingertips.
Overall a great stay! The location can't be beat, and the river access makes this a wonderful vacation unit!

First vacation experience I've ever had and the great people at this company not only provided great customer service but made it feel like I was apart of the family. Condo was in a quiet neighborhood on the river. Some features were a little dated, but worked for what we needed. Bathroom could use a deep clean, but otherwise great place.
