Our host was lovely and it was a beautiful, peaceful location. Beautiful view from the verandah. Cozy inside and fab fireplace.
Large well fenced yard for dogs.
I would not recommend this house to anyone with significant balance or mobility issues. It is an old cottage and many of the floors were sloping and uneven. The house was fine for us, but the pictures on the site did not reflect the rustic nature of the house. The toilet is inside, with a large step up and the bathroom is outside.

This was a very quirky and unique house which reminded us of our childhood holidays. It was surrounded by bushland, so gave ample opportunities for watching birds, wallabies etc. we loved the wood fire….!
The outdoor location of the shower and separate toilet indoors was difficult, especially on a cold night. Maybe extra kindling wood for the fire ?

Nothing not to like. It’s rustic but that is part of its charm.
