Green Marble Pool Cottage 3 BR in 2 adjoining stone buildings on a 2 acre private land

The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The house and pool are adorable

The view is breathtaking from this elevated position, hours were spent watching kitesurfers and boats below, with the background of Korcula. The house is nicely renovated, keeping the century old historic character. The marble pool is unique, only a couple of these guatemaya verde pools are in Croatia, giving a luxury touch to the property. The pool is cleaned daily in the mornings keeping it pristine. We were the first guests in the newly renovated guesthouse, also by the pool, has a nice bar and second full kitchen, providing ideal separation for 2 families/couples traveling together, or to have a nice adult only dinner while the kids sleep in the house next door. Although for some the 150m walk through the forest from the parking may be a nuisance, we found it extremely enjoyable, and a chance to be in nature. The 500 m footpath leads to the beach. The owner was great, took us on an early morning boat fishing trip., a lasting memory from this unique vacation. We have been traveling to Viganj every Summer for the past 12 years, with mixed experiences in the various houses we rented. Most of the time, either the view or the pool is a let down. We finally found a place here both the view and the pool are magnificent, and will come back to enjoy once again.

Internet is 4G based, sometimes Netflix froze if multiple users downloaded at the same time. The private parking gate was not locked for the night.
