The property was in an excellent location for all amenities and having parking on site was great, and wonderful for exploring Swanage without needing to drive, had a wonderful stay, thank you, would definitely come again .

You can't take away anything from the location, its right on the water front. We found it to be a spacious apartment for 5 adults.
Cleanliness was a major issue, despite there being 3 cleaners on site when we arrived. Bathrooms grimy round the sinks and shower area and was totally shocked at the dirty and soiled bed linen that was suppose to be brand new! When we informed the host, there was a total lack of empathy, even after sending photos of proof (at her request), not even an apology! We were informed that nothing could be done about this for the whole duration of our stay (we were there for 3 nights).
One of the single beds has what can only be described as a broken mattress, if you turn over during the night, you will most certainly fall out the bed, there are no springs to support this side of the bed at all. This happened every single night.
To add to this, no coffee pods where left out for the coffee machine, no kitchen roll or cloth to use to wipe down anywhere. Also, key pads to retrieve keys were out of action and host didn't even inform us. If we hadn't arrived when the cleaners where there, not sure how we would have been able to get keys to enter the property.
