I don't need to know if there is other accommodation option in Pula, for a family with 3 kids. We had the apartment on the first floor. Everything was perfect. Better location, impossible. Private parking in the center of the old city! Living space and terrace amazing. Beds: perfect. The building was recently renovated with an incredible attention to a lot of details. Could be, maybe 20% more expensive than other options we found available but I think it worth every penny. Pula is relatively small, so having a place with a private parking in the restricted area allows you to rapidly access every beach you would like in Istria while enjoying the city multitude of options for dinners and breakfast.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. Usually I am not writing reviews unless the place is a 100% go for it.

Everything. This is a huge apartment with a terrace and a stunning view of the harbour. And it's located in the very city center, with all the ancient ruins and the shopping streets in a few minutes walk. The apartment itself is big, clean, and well-equipped. It feels like the right place to relax and chill. The host was very supportive, sending detailed instructions online.
There's a security deposit, which is stated in the description, but I didn't notice it at first so freaked out a bit. Nothing too bad, the host will return it if everything is OK :)
