Logement très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare de Rouen. La literie est confortable, le quartier est très calme, l'emplacement pour se garer juste devant l'appartement est très pratique. J'ai apprécié la grande terrasse également. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles si besoin. La salle de bain est petite mais jolie et la douche est très agréable. Le logement possède un lave-vaisselle également et une machine à laver ainsi qu'une box internet.
Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu fatigués et tous en plastique, une planche à découper en bois ou en verre serait plus appropriée. Les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnent pas correctement si vous essayer de cuire à feu très fort et en même temps. Il manque également une grande casserole pour cuisiner, mais ce sont vraiment des détails!

Correspond en tout point à la description, logement très agréable et fonctionnel. La cuisine est très complète a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour être confortable(four, évier, lave vaisselle, plaques, micro onde, bouilloire...) La taille du lit est top Lieu au calme avec sa propre place de stationnement
