The property was very clean, cozy, well equipped and really well located just beside an entrance to the walled town itself. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided which was a nice bonus. Parking just behind the property is free from 5pm to 9am and has two private parking spaces that are available on a first come first served basis, which is fair.

Location is superb - right in the middle of Caernarfon. Everywhere is walkable. Handy parking space at the back. Very clean and great for a couple to stay for a few nights.
Could have used a welcome pack explaining how to use spa bath but everything else was great

Location great General setup was good including a very decent sized modern bathroom. All in all ok and passable. The conclusion would be that if the owner spent £50 on the basics listed below the experience would have been completely different
No tea, coffee, only one glass, chipped cup, no cookware or means of cooking . The lock on the door was a challenge to operate, the shower temperature was not adjustable
