We were upgraded in a bigger flat. It was spacious and quiet and comfortable. We stayed there 3 days. The staff was very nice. There are restaurants, bars and supermakets around. The tramway is nearby.
If the flat is nice, there are a lot of little things to fix and repair. Some stuff was missing in the kitchen for example. The cleaning could be improved but the previous guests were apparently very messy.

Very very small rooms, hardly to have enough hot water for the all family.
The windows don’t correctly close, so it was more noisier and colder than expected.
Despict the small extra heater, We have had to ask extra blanket (an the second night) and the house keeping take them back on the next day instead of letting us until the end.
Its clean but you can see that the room are highly used.(broken sofa, tired carpet).

Great location! Close to trams, shops, laundromat etc Very helpful staff and the unit was well appointed.
Step up to the bathroom - kept light on at night to ensure safety.

Staff were lovely, location was good
Nothing major but a few little things.. The apartment was dusty (under the bed and sofa was really dirty) and the apartment needs painting. The kitchenware was mostly dirty from previous guests. The finishings in the apartment weren't great (e.g. some metal trims on the steps were sharp and we were travelling with a baby so not ideal but may not matter to other people). There was a light at one side of the bed but no plug which was annoying so couldn't use the light or charge phones on that side etc etc. There wasn't much space for storing bags or clothes and no black out curtains. Overall it was fine but for the price I think these things could be updated.
