10m from beach. No car needed. Grocery, fresh produce, ATM etc 50m away from property. A lot of restaurants walking distance (up to 100m). Excellent pizza, burger and ice cream at restaurant which is in the same building below appartments. Safe parking. Clean. Nice TV, AC modern and working, beds comfortable, regular change of sheets, almost same as in a hotel. Owner leaves you alone-does not bother you at all (most properties in Croatia are in family houses and you are controlled 24/7 by owner - this is horrible problem in Croatia).
Internet (wifi) is horrible. Slow, unreliable. Bring your own hotspot. Drvenik has 4G and 5G coverage so mobile internet is excellent. Beach is extremely crowded. A lot of daily tourists come from Bosna. But ok as you can swim and directly go back to appartment as it is practically 10m from the beach.

Absolutely perfect stay! 🌟 The beach is literally right in front of the house, and everything you could possibly need is just steps away – a lovely restaurant, delicious ice cream, refreshing drinks, and a market. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was amazing – spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us was the breathtaking balcony with an unbeatable view of the sea – we could have sat there all day! We can’t wait to come back.

La vue du balcon est magnifique et surtout la nuit!
Le calme dans la rue même en pleine saison.
Je trouve que le mobililier est un peu vieillo mais ça reste charmant.
Ce qui m'a déçu et qui m'a surpris, pas de petite attention....aucun produits accueil, dosette café...juste un distributeur à savon vers le lavabo de la douche et pas de sac dans la petite poubelle de salle de bain!
Très clairement, j'ai compris que j'avais payer la vue.
Peu mieux faire!
