Very good location - nice neighbourhood, close to several tram lines, easy walk to city centre and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. Easy to access with digital key
Building work at the back very noisy after about 8 am, some road noise at the front. No reception desk and having to call with our arrival time was a bit of a faff. As others have said, very few toiletries provided - at the very least, there should have been enough for both bathrooms and the toilet.

Property was well-located and within easy reach of the centre and tram stops and a number of local restaurants. We had a top floor flat with a balcony.
A very minor point, which in no way detracted from the overall comfort of the flat was that there were no hooks for a towel in the WC, or for tea towels in the kitchen area.

It was accessible by digital key which was helpful
Only 1 shower for 5 people was not sufficient. No bathrooms attached to rooms. No lift inside the apartment, which had a lot of steps between living room and bed rooms. All suitcases were a problem. Location is midway
