Le calme. Un logement neuf.
Le canapé lit deux places...ce lit d'appoint n'est pas confortable pour la personne qui dort sur l'extension. Je pense qu'il manque le coussin quand le canapé est déplié.

Super emplacement, l’appartement est clair et assez spacieux 😍 Le propriétaire a été charmant (plus de batterie le jour J et aucune indication à dispo !) en nous communiquant tout directement au téléphone.
Manquerait qq équipements pratiques pour le quotidien : porte manteaux, étagères et patères pour les vêtements dans la salle de bains. La machine à café et bouilloire sont installées dans la chambre, un peu gênant quand 1 des 2 se lève plus tôt 😄 Mais c’est pour avoir un 10/10 ! L’appartement est largement vivable come ça !

Arrivée et départ complètement autonome, hôte très réactif,propreté du logement irréprochable, quartier calme et idéalement situé sur les hauteurs d'Évian, emplacement voiture, terrasse ensoleillée le matin avec vue sur le lac,tv,wifi, cafetière Nespresso,lave linge,cuisine très bien équipée, je recommande vivement.
