The host was kind, helpful, and always available. She met us at the main square and accompanied us all the way to the property, brought us local limoncello, and was willing to help with anything we needed. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ well-being and comfort — you can feel the thought and attention she puts into making the stay enjoyable.
The place was very clean upon arrival, with an excellent kitchen, great dishwasher, amazing washing machine, nice shower, smart TV, and good lighting. The apartment is spacious and includes a safe, coffee machine with plenty of capsules, quality stove and oven.
The location is excellent — very close to a great supermarket, and within walking distance of the main square, the Gardens of Augustus, and Via Krupp. There’s also a lovely lemon tree in the yard that adds a charming touch.
It would have been nice to have more dishwasher capsules, more cutlery and bowls, and some basic kitchen supplies such as paper towels, surface cleaner, trash bags, floor cloths, or a floor squeegee.
Also, the property is not accessible for people with mobility issues, as there are stairs on the street leading to it.

The house had a nice garden. Inside everything was nice and properly working. A/C and the two TV screens were super. Kitchen, fridge, dishwasher…everything working well. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.
The bedroom had no windows and was therefore very humid with a strong musty smell although the room had just been renovated. This should be improved. Also, the house was on a hill. However that’s Capri!
