From the very beginning - right from the moment we made the reservation until our arrival - the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They reached out to us in a very friendly manner and went out of their way to help us plan our trip so that we could have an unforgettable stay.
Mr. Murat, in particular, was very friendly and kind. Throughout the entire process, from making the reservation until our arrival, he communicated with me via both Booking and WhatsApp, gave us various tips for trips and experiences in the area, booked excursions for us, arranged an airport transfer, a hot air balloon ride, and more.
The hotel is gorgeous, combining stone and cave-style rooms. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There is also a pool. Plus, every day we received a little treat from the staff - fruit or nuts.
Breakfast was served every day and was very plentiful and delicious. Everything was available - a buffet with hot and cold dishes, sweet and savory. We really enjoyed everything. Plus, sitting up on the terrace with the view was breathtaking.
The hotel is very clean; everything was beautifully tidy. The hotel is also in an excellent location, right next to the main road, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Göreme. Yet it is very quiet. Everything in Göreme is within walking distance. Other activities in Cappadocia are also just a short distance from the hotel, as Göreme is located right in the middle.
All the staff are very kind and friendly. We even got to know the hotel owner, who personally attended to us and told us about how he renovated and built the entire hotel. I must especially highlight the receptionist, Murat, who is exceptionally attentive, kind, and friendly, as well as very professional. He took care of us the entire time and arranged all our booked activities.
Staying at this hotel was an absolutely unique and fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this place. Everything went perfectly; we were completely satisfied.

The service was amazing and the staff are super hospitable. We came here for me and my husbands 1 year anniversary and we had the best time. The staff welcomed us and treated us like family, it felt so homely. Cappadocia is an amazing place but this hotel made it 100x better and enjoyable. We've been on 4 holidays abroad this year and out of all the hotels we stayed in, this was our favourite. The breakfast was amazing, good selection, and abdul made a declicious tea for us on our first morning here! I forgotten the other 3 gentlemens names, they were so sweet to us too. They delivered us different fruits every evening too!
I liked everything but if i had to be picky I'd say my duvet was too small, but I'm sure they would've given me a bigger one if I had asked.

From the moment we arrived (in which we arrived very late) Burak and all the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and helping us with all the planning. The cave-style rooms are beautifully designed, combining authentic charm with modern comfort.
The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a delicious spread of fresh, local ingredients that set the tone for a great day of exploring.
We would highly recommend Göreme Cave Lodge to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy stay in Cappadocia. I can’t wait to come back!

One of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in!
The place is elegant, spotless, extremely comfortable, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
The service is outstanding and the hospitality is truly exceptional.
I would like to thank Burak and Murad by name, they were a big reason my trip became even more wonderful.
Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and the daily hospitality they offered made my stay unforgettable.
On the last day, they even surprised us with a lovely gift as a perfect ending to our stay ❤️
The breakfast was also delicious, varied, and everything was perfectly organized.
Thank you to this amazing hotel… it definitely won’t be my last visit!
