I loved how close to the beach it was and how spacious and cozy the home was. This was my 2nd time staying at Jim's House and it will always be a favorite.
We ended up with ants in the upstairs bedroom

The upstairs beds were not to our liking, but that is just preference.

The location is really great! So close to a beautiful beach! The house had plenty of space.
The mattress in the main bed room felt like an old spring mattress. The shower heads in the showers were way to low to comfortably shower under. We wished there had been some beach towels for us to borrow.

The space, and how close the ocean and everything else was
How there was mold in the shower downstairs, the fire alarm downstairs was beeping the whole visit, and how the coffee maker had coffee still inside, and the filter had mold inside.
