Size of living area and close location to town. Also very well equipped.
Lack of parking.
Unclean in areas eg spillages down the front of bedside cupboards, dirty corners of bathrooms, dirty blinds/windows.
Also scolding hot towel rail in bathroom and very noisy plumbing.

The location to town.
They were having issues with gas supply and hot water.so we had no hot water for 3 days. Also one shower room was unusable as drains were blocked. However owners did compensate us for all the inconvenience so we are grateful for that. Decor is a little tired and house needs a good spring clean.
