La salle de bain, petite. Mais difficile de faire différemment. Le stationnement.

Appartement confortable, assez spacieux pour deux, disposant d'un coin cuisine avec table et chaises. Tout le confort de manière générale, la climatisation l'été est très appréciable. Effectivement, l'appartement est lumineux. On peut vraiment se reposer. L'emplacement (dans la partie historique de Valence) est chouette et permet d'aller partout à pied (commerces, gare SNCF, jardins, etc.).

Les escaliers sont raides. Mais nous préférons tout de même les monter et être au 3ème étage (davantage de lumière).

The stairs are very steep to carry heavy luggage up and down. The bathroom is small. The sofa bed is small for 2 adults and the bedding provided for the sofa bed needs to be much wider.

First of all let me say the apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a fairly good location. However the 6 flights of stairs are very steep, creaky, uneven & dirty.

The property advertised a bathtub and the photos show the top end of the bath with the taps - what it does not say nor show in the photos is that bath is tiny - less than 1m long - ok for a child but defiantly not suitable for an adult. The access info that was sent was not correct and the wi-fi info supplied was also wrong - they left a key out for me and eventually I contacted them and they gave me the correct password for the wi-fi. Down the bottom of the listing, stated in the conditions, is the fact that you have to pay 700 euro security deposit - I thought this quite excessive but they in fact charged me twice (with no explanation offered) and it took over 10 days to come back to my card - so in effect they held over up to AU$2000 of my money for 15 days which meant our spending money was severely depleted - he blamed my bank for taking so long but other security deposits all came back within 24 hours.
