L’emplacement est vraiment bien, au pied des pistes et à 10 minutes à pied du village. L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y’a aussi un garage à disposition pour mettre le matériel de ski. Les propriétaires sont très conciliant concernant les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.
Le chauffe-eau est de taille plutôt réduite. Nous étions 2 donc ça allait. Mais pour une famille de 4 je pense que c’est un peu juste.

L’appartamento é confortevole, pulito, silenzioso e si trova in posizione ottimale (vicinissimo a Campo Smith - impianti sciistici). Il gestore é accogliente, rispettoso e molto ben organizzato. Tutto é andato perfettamente. Sicuramente, se decideremo di tornare a Bardonecchia, sceglieremo questa struttura.

good location, a lot of room in the apartment, cleanliness
The window frames are thin and not insulating, and the property is enforcing the local rules on maximum heating temperature and on turning off heating at night. As a result, in winter, the apartment is cold at night, and I got a cold because of it.
The property provides two electric heaters, but one does not work, and the other emits a burning plastic smell when operating, so it is not an option.
