Very comfortable, very well equipped.
The sea is 100 m away.
The biggest advantage for me is what many people consider negative, that the shops are far away.
But that's exactly why it's quiet and relaxing, there's no constant coming and going, so there's no unnecessary noise.
This only partially covers the reality, because approx. There are several shops 1.5 km away.
In short, great.
