Maisonnette très agréable et très bien placée pour les activités au bord du lac. Appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré.
Seul bémol la route hyper passante juste derrière. On entend le passage des voitures malgré des fenêtres doubles vitrages et volets roulants

Not a lot
It was superficially clean but on closer inspection it needs a proper deep clean. Cobwebs in corners, floor needed sweeping. Insides of cupboards needed a good clean. Bed sheets were clean and Upstairs cleaner than downstairs. Outside area was scruffy, grass not mowed, table and chairs needed a wash down, umbrella stand was broken. Patio where table and chairs are was really dirty and unswept. Chain metal fencing between neighbours gave it a prison feel. It’s right beside a main road so pretty noisy. Was told it was 6 min walk to the lake but in reality you have to drive as it’s inaccessible on foot due to fencing. This was very disappointing as this is why I booked this apartment in the first place.
