New, modern, clean, equipped with all you'll need. Large living room, good size kitchen/dining room. Comfortable for 6 people. The bedrooms were comfy great size, beautiful all around. Charming front patio and small back yard with bbq.
Close to shops and the beach.
Great communication with the agent.
Could have arranged for one extra cleaning mid- stay, we were there for 9 nights, but we did have spare clean towels and bedding sets so it wasn't too critical.
Bad attitude from the cleaning lady when handing over the keys - for not cleaning related issues, but we chose to assign those to misunderstanding due to language barrier and we did get a sincere apology from the agent, so that ended on a nicer note luckily.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants. The villa is big and spacious with a nice patio just like the pictures. Worth the money. Communication with the host was perfect.
