Très bien situé (même pas 2 min à pied du métro Colbert)
Facilité de stationnement (toujours de la place juste devant)
Très bien aménagé
Cuisine très bien équipée (micro ondes, four, lave-vaisselle, grand frigo, cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, Senseo...)
Buanderie avec machine a laver, étendoir, fer a repasser et ventilateur)

La localització a un preu assequible per poder visitar les principals ciutats de Bélgica
Feia molta calor a les habitacions, la neteja justeta, no hi ha ascensor fins un segon-tercer pis i les escales de dins l’apartament (duplex ) fan molt soroll
