Location, parking in the courtyard, the terrace, size of the apartment
The apartment is not very homey (very white light, minimal furniture) and the sound insulation was not very good, as everything happening outside on the street could be heard inside

Contando che è per tanto persone il prezzo a testa è conveniente anche se la qualità bassa, posizione comoda
Molto sporco, al nostro arrivo il bagno era completamente sporco, abbiamo trovato pacchetto di sigarette usati, ragnatele ecc.
31 gennaio, all’arrivo caloriferi spenti e chiusi, quindi la casa che è grande ci ha messo molto per riscaldarsi.
