Location, parking in the courtyard, the terrace, size of the apartment
The apartment is not very homey (very white light, minimal furniture) and the sound insulation was not very good, as everything happening outside on the street could be heard inside

La casa è in una bella posizione, ben collegata con il centro in un quartiere residenziale. Gli spazi sono ampi anche se male organizzati, si capisce che è stata una bellissima casa, purtroppo molto in decadenza
Pulizia molto scadente, cucina male attrezzata, l' unica doccia con scarico intasato e un gestore che non prende in carico le richieste se non vengono accompagnate da documentazione video.... Un consiglio ai proprietari: cambiate gestore!
