The apartment with separate bedroom had good space and flow, modern furnishing and nice design touches, utilities worked well. Good location at Brignole train station which is a transportation hub to everywhere. Easy contact with the host through WApp, Sabrina did everything to make us feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t mentioned that the facade is under extensive renovation. We had construction works and workers on the balcony ( a selling points for us) which was disappointing. We should have down rate more because of this but thought it is pity for the apartment itself as once the works are finished it’ll be nice.
Cleaning should be improved a utilities checked befit new arrivals.

Good central location , uptodate facilities and decor. Sabrina host was lovely and bought us change of towels as we stayed a bit longer than the norm. Would go back for sure. Great as near train.
Unfortunately scaffolding was up so couldn’t use balcony . Front door was a bit temperamental but Sabrina did all she could to sort. Building was secure tho.

The location is very practical. Close to Genova Brignole train station, but also in walking distance to the main sightseeing points in Genova
