L emplacement le calme la garrigue
La propreté et tres basique comme mobilier il faudrait moderniser l endroit et tuyauterie a changer

La situation géographique, le cadre de la maison ainsi que le calme vraiment appréciable
Le manque de fraîcheur de certains équipements comme le frigo qui ne ferme quasi plus, la douche qui a grand besoin d’être refaite ( moisissures qui sont beaucoup trop présentes) et le canapé sacrément besoin d’être lessivé. Nous avons dû nettoyer le mobilier extérieur !!

Une des deux salles de bain qui est vétuste et aurait besoin d’être refaite Cabine de douche avec des tâches de moisissures .
