Size of house / property was great. Nice layout. Has all the appliances you would need. Great host and communication. Location was a bit out of the way (for us) but close to shopping. Hot tub was nice. Yard (and neighborhood) was peaceful.
Beds were pretty bad. Foam mattress toppings on mediocre box springs which were super soft to the point of uncomfortable. We generally sleep on very high end firm mattresses so it was a tough three nights sleep. (But understand property will no longer get be a short term rental so no upgrade coming)
