Bel espace, belle vue (8e et dernier étage), appartement propre et confortable géographiquement très bien situé à proximité (à pied) du centre-ville et à 15/20 minutes maxi en voiture des points d'intérêt de et autour de Clermont-Ferrand. Hôtes charmants et de bons conseils.
