War eine schöne kleine FeWo mit Terrasse. Gute Lage, ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur City. In der Siedlung überall Enten. Total niedlich.
Im Wohnzimmer befand sich leider kein Sofa. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer lief auch nicht. Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung, außer im Bad, da konnte man die Heizung anstellen
