Great location, quiet village with easy access to the property and the A607. Well equipped, nice and warm on arrival. Clean and tidy throughout with a comfortable bed.

Location was great for what we needed. Facilities couldn't have been faulted. Owners/host was very pleasant and checked on us and if we needed anything and how my event had gone...
Place wasn't that clean. Looked like hadn't been cleaned in months. Spiders webs behind sofa, behind bed, all over in accommodation and clear not just spun in a day or so. Not ideal for a person who hates spiders like my spouse. Not what you really want to do is dust/deep clean accommodation upon arrival as it hadn't been cleaned and spiders were all over/nesting. Otherwise accommodation was exactly what we were looking for and as expected. Only good addition would have been a fan as it was like a sweatbox with temperatures 😢

Perfectly quiet location and easy to check in alone. Small but comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen and extras. Would stay here again next year. Plenty of parking, Nearest supermarket is 20 mins away.
The bed could be bigger.

Very warm and cosy, during a very cold frosty spell!
Great facilities, backed up by equipment manuals for kitchen equipment. No shortage of cleaning materials, paper towels etc.
While super effective, heating system baffling on how it was controlled! Better explanation of the operation would have been helpful..ie pre programmed timing periods? We couldn't work.out when they went on or off!!
