We all loved everything about this holiday. From start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was great. They helped arrange transfers, key collection and the taxi driver Vincent was lovely. The villa is approximately an hour from Alicante Airport and the taxi cost 155 euros each way. Villa Florencia itself is stunning, bright and clean and the pool area is fabulous and relaxing. The pool guy arrived the day we arrived and cleaned it all ready for us and there was enough sunbeds for everyone to lie around the pool and there were 12 of us! The view from the villa is out of this world and was a pleasure to wake up to everyday. The villa is situated in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the main town but only a short taxi drive away from the local shops, pubs, clubs and the beach too, which only cost 10 euros. We would definitely recommend this property and will most definitely be returning.

Cheap basic furniture Basic bedding The place was totally empty ie not a single tea bag / no soap for showers even on first night etc / a single umbrella poolside (altho when we requested more one more was provided) altho both were partly broken / no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs - until we could do a good shop (we arrived late on a Sunday) there was nothing provided that we could use
