Emplacement dans une rue calme, situé à 20mn à pied de la gare ( pratique pour les excursions à Florence, Pise, Lucques. et 20 mn à pied du centre ville de Viareggio . Petits commerces, supérette et grande surface à proximité
L'équipement de cuisine un peu vieillot ( 3 cafetières italiennes qui n'ont pas servi depuis longtemps !) manque un four micro-ondes ou a minima une bouilloire électrique pour faire chauffer l'eau du thé ... Aucune documentation touristique locale dans l'appartement Absence de verres adaptés pour boire du bon vin italien !

Very friendly landlady, excellent communication, great accomodation, spacious kitchen very well equipped. You can reach the city centre within a nice walk or take the provided bikes. Everything clean and big windows. Supermarket PENNY is right around the corner as well as butcher and bakery. Viareggio is a lovely town. Quiet neighbourhood. Many Thanks to you!
