The room was clean, tidy, big enough and modern. Everything is new. Each room has a small fridge with a small bottle of water. And we like the kitchen area. It is open, bright and so welcoming.

We liked everything! There was a slight problem with our room but they changed it immediately and we got a big apartment. It was clean, modern and even had a balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was very spacious. Check-in and out process was easy too. We would gladly come back here, it made our stay in Como even better :)
It could get very cold in the apartment (but maybe because we came in november?)

I stayed for three nights. The host was genuinely very nice and responsive, and the self check-in process was excellent. The guide provided was very clear and made everything very easy to understand.
The location is good and the host was honestly very good. With proper housekeeping, the experience would have been much better.
LI was very disappointed with the housekeeping. Every single day I came back to find the bed exactly how I had left it. In all my travels, I have never experienced a stay where housekeeping did not come in even once. The bed was not made, sheets and towels were not changed, and there was no basic tidy-up at all. We also ran out of toilet roll and it was not replenished, which was quite inconvenient and would not have happened if there had been even minimal housekeeping.
